Data Deletion

How to request deletion of your personal data from FloChat.

FloChat is committed to your privacy. You have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you at any time. There are two ways to do this:

Delete directly from your account

If you have a FloChat account, you can delete your account and all associated data instantly from within the dashboard. The process takes less than a minute and removes everything immediately.

  1. 1 Sign in to your account at https://flochat.app/login
  2. 2 Click Account in the left sidebar
  3. 3 Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  4. 4 Click "Delete my account and all data"
  5. 5 Complete the 3-step confirmation process

Submit a deletion request by email

If you no longer have access to your account or prefer to submit a request manually, email us from the address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include: Your full name and the email address registered to your account

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What data is deleted

Account

Name, email address, and hashed password

Automations

All automation rules, triggers, and message templates

Instagram connection

Access tokens and linked Instagram account data

Messages & leads

Conversation history, appointments, and lead records

Deletion timeline

Immediately

Your account is deactivated and you are logged out. Your Instagram connection is revoked.

Within 24 hours

All automation rules and message templates are purged from active systems.

Within 30 days

All remaining personal data is deleted from databases and backups.
